We employ the best practices and use up to date technology, provide extensive and continuous training and are environmentally responsible. Our suppliers are all approved and accredited by leading environmental organizations.
 

 Washington Metro Building Services, LLC or WMBS, is a women-owned, young and vibrant company established in 2011. Our goal is to provide superior and effective service at competitive rates, devised to enhance and protect the owners’ investment. We are known amongst our clients for expedient response, high quality and thoroughness.

Our management team started their career in commercial property management in the D.C. metropolitan area. This experience uniquely qualifies us to  understand our clients needs enabling us to address issues from their perspective and help minimize their headaches.
